Our History
The Columbia United Methodist Church started its first nursery school in 1966 as a cooperative - parents were highly involved through participation, providing snacks and assisting in field trips. Over the years, the Nursery School has evolved and changed with the times. The Nursery School is no longer a cooperative and is now a Preschool that continues to serve Columbia Township and surrounding communities with quality education for preschool-aged children. Parents are still encouraged to be involved in their child's education.
